PAYMENT
Direct credit to ANZ Bank 06 0401 0250019 00 or cheques payable to Strata Sports Ltd. Account holders terms 20th month following date of order. Non-account holders – payment to Strata Sports Ltd bank account or payment by cheque (needs to clear) before goods are dispatched.

ACCOUNT
All NZ schools are automatically eligible for an account.  Non-account holders need their order to be accompanied by a cheque or payment direct credited to Strata Sports’ bank account as detailed above.

PRICES
Strata Sports will hold prices if possible but has the right to alter prices as a result of influences outside their control or error. Customers will be advised of any price increase before goods are dispatched if found that Strata Sports’ suppliers have increased costs and not advised Strata Sports of the increase.

WARRANTY
Our products have a 12 month back to base warranty against damage from fair wear and tear.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

Damaged items must be noted on consignment note at time of delivery. A claim for damaged item/s may not be accepted by courier company if not noted upon delivery.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION
Occasionally, product supplied may differ in appearance to catalogue/website due to design changes or necessary substitution.

FREIGHT GUIDE
Auckland $8, North Island $12, South Island $22. Rural delivery extra $7. (Please request a freight quote for Waiheke Island.)  Small orders may be charged at a lesser rate at the discretion of staff. Large or bulky orders may incur an extra freight charge. We try to keep our freight charges low. Prices include GST.

RISK
Risk of all products shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS OF MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
In regards to non-faulty products, in most cases, goods can be returned for a credit or exchange. Please contact Strata Sports first by email to discuss which products can and can’t be returned. In a few cases, there is a 15% re-stocking fee or a per item re-stocking fee, and a 7-day time limit depending on the item being returned/cancelled. If goods are accepted for return, they need to be in their original packaging (if supplied) and in saleable condition.  Cleaning and/or rebagging fees may be charged if garments are returned with marks or without their original packaging.

Used or customer-damaged products can’t be accepted for a refund. Please check you’re happy with the order you receive before any markings are applied to the product/s. This also applies to garments as they can’t be returned if decorated (embroidered/printed etc) even if the incorrect products were sent in error initially by either Strata Sports or any of its suppliers. For garments found to have a manufacturing fault after they’ve been decorated, the garment may either be repaired or replaced. Strata Sports will not be responsible for paying for decoration on a replacement garment, however. Faulty garments need to be advised within 7 days.

DELIVERY TIMES
Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to ensure products are delivered within quoted time frames (if not earlier) but it is not a guarantee of a delivery date as there are often factors outside our control which can affect delivery.

ACCURACY
We do our best to make sure our listings are correct at time of entry. However, occasionally errors do occur so we reserve the right to amend details as inaccuracies come to light. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders as we may see fit.

PRIVACY

We collect personal information from you, including information about your name and contact details.  We collect your personal information in order to complete the sale of sports goods & apparel.  You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
